Placing Your Feeder for Best Results in Viewing

Any tube feeder can be hung from our patented Advanced Pole System® (APS) or a tree limb. If you have not been feeding birds, place the feeder in a spot when the birds are likely to notice it. Place it in the open, and ideally, within 10-12 feet of some shurbs or trees wheree birds can land an d feel safe. Safety is one of the key aspects to successfully placing your feeder! Initially spread one of two handfuls of seed on the ground arount or near the location of your placed feeders. Once the birds have located your feeder, place the feeder(s) at a location that allows for easy viewing.
